Sweepstakes Rules:
Great Plains Media/WIBL-FM 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 will conduct the Show Us Your Game Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for the chance to win one Grand Prize valued at $600
WHO CAN ENTER:
1.) Sweepstakes is open to those persons 21 and older, who are legal US citizens and reside in the state of Illinois.
2.) Employees of Great Plains Media/107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/ Cities 92.9/ The New Magic 99.5, its parents, subsidiaries, Sweepstakes sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other McLean and Livingston area radio stations and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER / WIN:
3.) No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and restrictions apply.
4.) Entries will be accepted, November 22, 2024, through , December 8, 2024 at noon. Click Show Us Your Game on the Sweepstakes page at 1077thebull.com or cities929.com and follow the instructions to submit a picture of your hunted game. The picture must be from the 2024 hunting season.
5.) Only one (1) entry per person is needed and will be accepted. You only need to submit one picture through one of the website entry methods.
6.) 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 will announce the Grand Prize Winner on air on, or around, December 31 2024. The Grand Prize Winner does not need to be listening to be the winner.
7.) 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 will notify the winner on or around December 30th
PRIZES:
8.) Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible qualifying entries received.
9.) There will only be one Grand Prize winner in this Sweepstakes. The prize is valued at $600
The prize will include:
- One free $100 giftcard to Quinn’s Skull Taxidermy, and a $500 gift card to Guns and Glory in Leroy, IL.
10.) The Grand Prize Winner must present a valid Illinois state-issued picture ID in order to claim and receive their Prize.
11.) The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state, and federal taxes on such Grand Prize Winner’s Prize. The Winner must claim the Grand Prize within 30 days of being awarded. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner or Finalists fail to claim the Grand Prize within such 30-day period, such Winner shall forfeit the Grand Prize and no other Winner will be chosen.
OTHER RULES:
12.) 107.7and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or not received entries or for printing errors. Stations are not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, electronic problems, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing a phone call, sending an email, accessing the 107.7 The Bull/Cities 92.9 website, or for any technical malfunctions related to any telephone connection, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation or prize claim.
13.) All entries become the property of 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are determined by 107.7 The Bull/Cities 92.9 to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries may be disqualified in 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 sole discretion.
14.) By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Sweepstakesant consents to 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 and its affiliates, employees, agents, and all other related sponsors using for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation. Each Sweepstakesant’s image, voice and/or biographical information can be used on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with such Sweepstakesant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
15.) 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, and/or use of a Prize. In addition, the Winner will be required to sign a release form to collect their Prize. Failure or refusal to sign such release form will result in forfeiture of such Prize.
16.) 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 reserve the right to (a) terminate or declare the Sweepstakes null and void and rescind one or more of the Prizes, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Sweepstakes have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Sweepstakes; (b) alter or amend these Sweepstakes rules at any time; and (c) stop or conclude the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
17.) 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of these Sweepstakes rules. The decisions of 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 shall be final. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement by Sweepstakesants to abide by these rules. Station reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry at their sole discretion. If a Winner is found in violation of these rules or is otherwise disqualified by 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9, in its sole judgment, then he/she may be required by 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 to forfeit his/her Prize.
18.) All Prizes awarded through 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 are non-transferable, nor may a prize be substituted at the request of the Sweepstakes winner, nor may a prize be substituted for cash. 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event, the specified prize becomes unavailable.
19.) If a Prize is forfeited under these rules, then it will remain the property of 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 and a new winner of such Prize will not be selected.
20.) In the event of any dispute pertaining to this Sweepstakes, the decision of 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 management is final.
21.) 22.) The name of any Winner(s) will be available after December 30, 2024 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 107.7 and 92.1 The Bull/Cities 92.9 above address, attn: GPM Show Us Your Game Sweepstakes Winner’s List.
