A shooting in the 200 block of Sandra Lane on Tuesday afternoon has left one person injured, according to the Normal Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene at approximately 2:01 PM on November 26, 2024, after receiving reports of a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, who had sustained injuries from gunfire. They immediately rendered aid until paramedics from the Normal Fire Department arrived.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that have been described as non-life-threatening.
