The Normal Police Department (NPD) launched a community survey as part of its ongoing accreditation process through the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
The survey asks questions designed to measure and improve the quality of policing in the community.Questions relate to the agency’s overall performance and professionalism, community concerns and more.
The survey is posted online at , is anonymous and runs from Nov. 1 through Dec. 1, 2022.
