UPDATE: No classes at Olympia High School and Jr. High in Stanford today after a fire, in what appears to be near the solar panels on the roof, broke out at about 12:40 pm yesterday.
As first reported on Cities. 92.9, the students and staff were safely evacuated from the schools within a couple of minutes. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Restoration crews are busy cleaning up the fire and water damage at the schools today.
ORIGINAL STORY: Fire has reportedly broken out at Olympia High School on East Road southwest of Stanford. At least two fire units from the City of Bloomington have been called to assist. We will have more on this story as it develops.
