The positions of three Trustees will be elected to the Normal Town Council at the April 4, 2023 consolidated election. Trustees will be elected for a four-year term to expire in 2027.
The following people met the deadline for filing the petitions for the Three Trustees:
- Kathleen Lorenz
- Karyn Smith
- Andy Byars
- Stan Nord
- Marc Tiritilli
- Karl Sila
- Rachael Lund
In addition, on Nov. 28, the following petitions were also filed:
- Amy Conklin – Town Clerk
- Charles Sila – Town Collector
- Robert Shoraga – Town Supervisor
The Town of Normal has retained outside counsel, Kasper and Nottage, PC, to review the petitions for legal conformity. Upon completion of that review, the Town will issue an updated statement and take appropriate action under the state Election Code.
